Definitely not a high impact workout sports bra but works well for a day of errands or chilling in the house. Yoga is another good choice but I learned quickly its not a good running day bra.

Many of their sports bars feel almost a half size too big and I think it has to do with the straps not being adjustable. This bra is so comfy, and I would be afraid to go down a half size and have the band be too tight but the cups feel very loose due to the longer straps.
