I could size down to L, but I enjoy being comfortable, so I go with the XL. If you want them form fitting, stick to your normal size, or if you want a little a little extra room go up a size. It's not too oversized either. These sweats last forever. The style has changed over the last few years, but the comfort is still the same. I have these in so many colors.
