I LOVE this bra! I wear it as a top on its own, I wear it underneath a crop sweatshirt, I wear it for light impact workouts, the list goes on. It's fit for most occasions. It's not good for running or high impact cardio, but if you're riding a stationary bike, weight training, or anything that your boobs don't need to be strapped down, this is the way to go.
