Tracy Roemer | Personal Trainer | Shred415
Tracy Roemer has worked in the fitness industry for the majority of her adult life. In addition to creating and developing Gorilla Sports’ Tae Kwan Do program, she’s managed multiple fitness centers around the country. In 2011, she opened Shred415, a fitness studio with three (and one on the way!) locations around Chicago. To stay fit, Tracy teaches and takes Shred415 classes, incorporates Flex Pilates and Core Power Yoga into her routine, eats mostly organic, and tries to get as much sleep as possible. She says that it’s key to pay full attention to everything you do and applies the Shred415 saying, “Reach Your Max” to her professional and personal life.
In her spare time, Tracy enjoys working with different charities and organizations. Shred415 is involved with Dash for Detection, a 5K Walk/Run for Pancreatic Cancer research and Bright Pink, an organization that is passionate about enlightening and empowering young women to be proactive with their breast and ovarian health.
