Sarah Kesseli | Certified Health Coach | Ingredients of a Fit Chick




Writer, foodie, and certified health coach Sarah Kisseli first caught the fitness bug by accompanying her mom to aerobics classes at the YMCA as a child. By the time she hit college however, she had let all her nutrition and fitness habits go, and realized that she needed to start making some healthy choices. She nurtured her interest in a healthier lifestyle by doing as much research as possible and created personal eating and exercise habits that have helped her stay fit and feeling fabulous ever since. After working in the corporate fashion world for a brief time, Sarah took a leap of faith and made the decision to become a full-time health coach and fitness trainer, and she hasn't looked back.

Sarah is a certified spin instructor, but also enjoys yoga, and lifting weights. She is a marathon runner and loves activities that allow her to work at her own pace. She writes a daily food blog called Ingredients of a Fit Chick, where she shares recipes and tips for healthy treats and balanced nutrition. But can also be found spending time with her family on Cape Cod, scrapbooking and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. When it comes to living you passion, Sarah thinks it's all about finding what makes you happy and making this life the best!

PRE WORKOUT RITUAL: Get up, brush my teeth, get dressed, drink my pre-workout shake and hit the gym. I am a morning person!

GUILTY PLEASURE: White Chocolate Covered Pretzels and The Food Network

STYLE SENSIBILITY: I love comfortable, casual clothing which a bit of color and fashion tied in.

IN MY PAST LIFE: I was a professional organizer! I am obsessed with all things being clean and organized.
