Kristie LaTray's interest in fitness began at the age of twenty. After a stern warning from her doctor concerning her high cholesterol, she realized that her years-long fast food diet just wasn't going to cut it. Today, Kristie's life is a picture of health; her daily ritual begins with a glass of water, some meditation, a little yoga, and a run with her dog. After a full day of cycling, yoga, private training, and healthy living workshops, Kristie spoils herself with an evening weight training session and a big salad with lots of protein. Kristi strives to live in the moment, spending time doing things that inspire her and believes that passion, love, and courage will help you achieve what you want in life.
When she's not at the gym, Kristie loves spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, taking naps, and watching movies. She counts traveling--even if it's a stay-cation in another part of the city--as one of her favorite activities, and tries to get away every couple of months for a new adventure.
