Brittani Rettig | Barre Instructor
For Brittani Rettig, sports were always a part of her life, but not fitness. She’s naturally competitive, so she played basketball and volleyball pretty seriously throughout high school. She was fortunate enough to get recruited to play college basketball and was the captain of the women’s basketball team at Cornell University.
She didn’t get introduced to the fitness industry until after college, when she no longer played organized sports. At that time, she joined 24 Hour Fitness, and fell in love with the Turbo Kick classes she was taking. She received a Turbo Kick certification and started teaching part-time group fitness classes, which made her fall even more in love with fitness. She started a fitness blog, got certified in four additional fitness formats, started teaching cycling and yoga, quit her consulting career and now owns a studio!
Brittani loves music-driven workouts, so she regularly takes and teaches cardio kickboxing, dance and Vinyasa flow classes that are choreographed and set to a jamming playlist. She also stays healthy by drinking plenty of water, eating her veggies and maintaining a positive outlook on life. Being happy keeps her healthy!
