  1. What is Fabletics?
    An exciting collaboration between actress Kate Hudson and the founders of JustFab, Fabletics delivers high-performance athletic wear at an affordable price. Fabletics apparel focuses on fit, function and style, offering complete, coordinated Outfits for your workout and beyond. All of our high-quality apparel and accessories are designed in sunny Los Angeles.

  3. What is the Fabletics VIP Membership Program?
    As you make your first purchase, you'll have the option to enroll in our free VIP Membership program. As a VIP, you'll receive:

    • 40% off all individual items
    • Reward Points for every purchase and product review
    • Free shipping on orders over $49.95 USD

  4. How Does VIP Membership Work?
    If you're familiar with JustFab or FabKids, the setup is pretty similar:
    • Receive Personalized Outfits on the 1st
      On the first day of each month, our stylists will send you new handpicked Outfits for your shopping pleasure.

    • Review Your Outfits by the 5th
      Log in to your account and browse your Outfits by the 5th then buy your favorite style(s).

    • Skip Any Month, No Obligation to Buy
      If you're not ready to make a purchase, simply skip the month by the 5th and you will not be charged. Skip as many months as you'd like. However, if you do not take action by the 5th, you will be charged $49.95 USD on the 6th. This accumulating balance can be used to shop whenever you like. If your purchase is more than $49.95 USD, simply pay the difference with your credit or debit card. If your purchase is less than $49.95 USD, the balance will be applied to your account as store credit.
  5. Do I have to make a purchase every month?
    No, not at all. If you're not ready to make a purchase, simply log in to your account and view your Outfits between the 1st and the 5th of the month then select the "Skip the Month" button to avoid being charged. If you have a change of heart and would like to make a purchase later, you can visit your "My Outfits" page at any time and make a selection even after you've skipped the month. You can only skip the month by logging into the site; at this time, customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email.
  6. Can I purchase without becoming a VIP?
    Absolutely! However, non-VIP members will not be able to enjoy the benefits of VIP Membership, including Reward Points and discounts on Outfits and individual items. But they will still get great prices on our high-quality activewear when compared to competing brands. During the checkout process, simply un-check the "VIP Membership" box to purchase as a regular member.
  7. Will I automatically become a Fabletics VIP if I'm already a JustFab VIP?
    No. Because JustFab and Fabletics are two separate companies, you will not be automatically enrolled as a Fabletics VIP. But be on the lookout for special offers from Fabletics exclusively for JustFab VIPs!
  8. If I've already purchased as a regular member, can I still join the VIP Membership program?
    Yes. Each time you check out, you'll have the opportunity to join the VIP Membership program for access to exceptional discounts and fun perks. When you place your first order as a VIP, you'll receive a special welcome offer. Even if you've already purchased as a regular member, your first VIP order is still eligible for extra discounts.
  9. If I’m a Fabletics VIP, do I need a separate account to purchase from FL2?
    As a Fabletics member, you can shop FL2 with VIP pricing and use your credits toward the FL2 men’s collection. If you purchase FL2 from your Fabletics membership, it’s not considered an additional membership. However if you would like the full FL2 experience, we recommend signing up for a FL2 account to get the full FL2 shopping experience.
  10. Will I be charged a credit for both Fabletics and FL2 if I have one account and purchase from both?
    If you shop for Fabletics and FL2 on one account, you will not be billed twice. If you have separate VIP membership accounts with both Fabletics and FL2, you will have to sign into both accounts by the 5th to skip and not be charged.
  11. How do I cancel my Fabletics or FL2 VIP Membership?
    You may cancel your Fabletics or FL2 VIP Membership at any time. There is no cancellation fee. If you’re in the US, please contact Fabletics/FL2 US Member Services at +1-844-322-5384 9AM – 9PM EST everyday to cancel your VIP Membership. If you’re in Canada, please contact Fabletics Canada Member Services at +1-844-833-6220 9AM-9PM EST to cancel your VIP Membership. If you’re in Australia, please contact Fabletics/FL2 Australia Member Services at +61-1800-668-512 9AM – 9PM AEDT to cancel your membership.

    If you would like to continue receiving selections, simply skip the month by clicking "Skip the Month" in your "My Outfits" page for Fabletics or your "My Sets" page for FL2 between the 1st and the 5th to avoid being charged.

Shopping the Site

  1. What type of payments do you accept?
    Fabletics and FL2 accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Master Card. Because all orders are charged in USD, please note your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee if you are ordering from Canada or Australia. Please check with your credit card provider for more information. We're sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
  2. When am I charged for my purchase?
    Fabletics and FL2 charge your credit card at the time your order actually ships.
  3. Does Fabletics and FL2 charge sales tax on my purchase?
    That depends on where you live. Customers with a shipping address in California, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio or Canada will be subject to sales tax on purchases. Shipping addresses in other states or countries will not be subject to sales tax.
  4. Can any of my JustFab and Fabletics orders be combined? Can I use my JustFab credits at Fabletics? Will my Fabletics purchases count toward the JustFab rewards program?
    Unfortunately, no. JustFab and Fabletics are currently operating as two separate companies-including separate order fulfilment, billing, shipping, credit accumulation and rewards programs. Orders from JustFab and Fabletics will ship in separate packages. Please keep any returns or exchanges exclusive to each brand. Each package will need its own RMA number, which you can obtain from the Member Services team of the brand you purchased from.

    We're always looking for ways to enhance our customer experience, so we appreciate the feedback and will take these ideas into consideration as we continue to grow.
  5. Can my FL2 and Fabletics transactions, or orders, be combined?
    Yes, if you are shopping on one account, your order will ship together. If you order from two different accounts, your order will ship as two separate packages.
  6. What currencies do you support?
    Fabletics and FL2 currently only support USD due to currency fluctuations. Canadian and Australian customers will also be charged in USD. Please note your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee if you are ordering from Canada or Australia. Please check with your credit card provider for more information.

Shipping and Returns

  1. How much is shipping?
    All orders of $49.95 USD or more are shipped free of charge to destinations within the contiguous United States. All US orders under $49.95 USD will be charged a $4.95 USD shipping fee. A $9.00 USD shipping charge applies to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

    All orders shipped to Canada will incur a flat rate charge of $4.95 USD.

    All orders shipped to Australia will incur a flat rate charge of $9.95 USD except for first time orders placed as a new VIP member, which will have a shipping rate charge of $5.95 USD. The shipping charge of $5.95 USD is a one-time courtesy rate for the initial order placed as a new VIP member from Australia only. All other subsequent VIP member orders from Australia will contain a $9.95 USD flat shipping charge.

    Standard shipping takes 7 - 10 business days for delivery to the US, Canada, and Australia while APO addresses may take up to 30 days.

    Guaranteed Express shipping is offered only within the contiguous United States and is available for $8.95 USD per order. Express shipping takes 2 - 3 business days for delivery.
  2. Where do you ship?
    We currently ship to the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes, Canada, and Australia. Stay tuned for further updates as the Fabletics movement continues to grow!
  3. When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive in 7 - 10 business days for US, Canada, and Australia. If your order is sent via Guaranteed Express shipping, expect it to arrive in 2 - 3 business days. You can also review your order and obtain tracking information by visiting the Order History section of your account.

    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days; however, keep in mind that orders placed during peak shipping periods such as the first day of each month, promotional events, and holidays, may take an additional 1-2 business days to process due to the high volume of orders. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

    Please note: shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, Australia, or Canada may be subject to longer transit times (up to 30 days) due to the carrier or location of station. We apologize, but at this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, Australia or Canada.

    All US, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO location orders are shipped FedEx via USPS and will be delivered by your local postal carrier. Canada orders are shipped via Purolator Depot or Canada Post. Australia orders are shipped via DHL.
  4. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
    Yes, but hurry! If you’re in the US, contact Fabletics/FL2 US Member Services as soon as possible at +1-844-322-5384 9AM – 9PM EST or via live chat here.

    If you’re in Canada, contact Fabletics Canada Member Services as soon as possible at +1-844-833-6220 9AM - 9PM EST.

    If your order has already shipped, simply return it to us, free of charge.
  5. What is your return/exchange policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment on items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original tags attached. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale and therefore may not be eligible for exchanges or returns. (Please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer.)

    If you are in the US or Canada, we offer three return options free of charge: (1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another Outfit or item; or (3) return for a refund less a $5.95 restocking fee. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses is $9.00 USD.

    If you are in Australia, we offer two return options free of charge: (1) return for store credit; (2) return for a refund less a $5.95 USD restocking fee. We currently do not offer exchanges in Australia. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order. New orders are subject to our standard shipping rates.

  6. How do I return an item?
    To return an item, use the automated return system in your order history and a return label will be emailed to you. For further assistance please contact our Member Services team.   7. Can the JustFab Member Services team help me with my Fabletics and FL2 orders or vice versa?
    The Member Services teams for each brand and country are separate, so you should contact the brand you purchased from regarding any questions you may have. If you’re in the US, contact Fabletics/FL2 US Member Services at +1-844-322-5384 9AM – 9PM EST or via live chat here.

  8. What is the shipping and returns policy for FL2?
    The shipping and returns policy for FL2 is the same as Fabletics.

Reward Program

  1. How do I earn Reward Points?
    Points can be earned by making purchases or submitting product reviews. You will earn 2 points for every dollar spent at fabletics.com and fabletics.ca. Points are rounded to the nearest dollar (e.g., $49.95 USD = 100 points). If an item is returned for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

    You can earn 20 Reward Points when you share your opinion about any Outfit you've purchased. Once you accumulate 300+ points you're eligible to earn free gear on us!

    Some restrictions may apply. You can track your Reward Points by visiting your account profile. For additional rewards program terms, please refer to our Terms of Service.
  2. Do my Reward Points expire?
    Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are made available, as well as upon cancellation of the VIP membership.
  3. Does FL2 offer Rewards Points?
    Yes, the Rewards Points Program works exactly the same way as Fabletics.

Gift Cards

  1. Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in $50 USD increments from $50 USD to $300 USD. Gift cards are redeemed on the site for store credit and never expire. Gift cards may be used towards both Fabletics and FL2.
  2. How do I redeem my Fabletics gift card?
    Click on the link in the notification email (or on "Redeem Gift Card" in the footer at fabletics.com, fabletics.ca, or fl2.com) and enter the code from the gift card. You will be asked to complete a quick lifestyle profile if you do not already have an account. The gift card amount will be added to your account as store credit and can be viewed under "My Outfits" or "My Account" for Fabletics and "My Sets" or "My Account" for FL2. Store credit never expires.

Clothing and Outfits

  1. What if I don't like the Outfits selected for me?
    Not a problem. If your handpicked Outfits don't catch your eye, we have many others to choose from. You can also shop for individual tops, bottoms and accessories or simply skip the month and pay nothing.
  2. What's an Outfit?
    An Outfit is a 2 or 3-piece set including a top and bottom, sometimes with additional layering pieces or accessories. Each month, our savvy stylists build Outfits perfect for you in terms of style and function, with coordinating colors, complementary cuts and flattering silhouettes that help you perform at your best while also looking your best.
  3. What's a Set?
    For FL2, a Set is a bundle of at least 2 items. The bundle can consist of a top and a bottom or multiples of the same or similar items. Each month, new Sets are offered for a variety of lifestyle and sport options.
  4. What sizes are available?
    Fabletics currently offers women's sizes XXS through XXL. FL2 currently offers men's sizes XS through XXL.
  5. Is there a sizing chart?
    Yes. Simply click on the "Size Guide" link located next to each item to view our sizing chart. You may also view the sizing chart here.
  6. Can I mix and match sizes within a given Outfit? What about colors?
    Definitely! Sizes are based on your profile answers, but you can easily select one size for a top and a different size for the bottom prior to confirming any order. And yes, you can also mix and match colors to your liking.
  7. Where are Fabletics and FL2 products made?
    While our products are designed right here in Los Angeles, our materials are sourced from all over the world, and most of our factories are located in Asia.
  8. Can I make my own outfits?
    At this time, we can’t custom bundle your favorite pieces, but be sure to check out your latest personalized outfit picks on the 1st of every month. If you’re not in love with a particular outfit, feel free to shop separates to make your own look!
  9. What if the Outfit or Set I want to purchase is sold out?
    We usually don’t re-stock styles as our design team is making room for the latest and greatest collections. Be sure to check the site often for new releases, and the latest on-trend workout looks!
  10. What is FLY? Is FLY a different brand from Fabletics?
    FLY is Fabletics' new capsule collection that blends even more fashion elements into athletic wear. These are items that can be worn strictly for fashion purposes, mixed in with your everyday wardrobe, in addition to working out.

  1. What inspired Kate Hudson to co-found Fabletics?
    Actress and working mom Kate Hudson had been looking for a one-wardrobe solution that could transition easily from workouts to the movie set to playing soccer with her sons. Kate co-founded Fabletics to offer high-quality, affordable athleticwear for today's active lifestyle.   1. What is FL2?
    FL2 was born out of Fabletics and is the new men’s line. FL2 encompasses all of the great performance features of our women’s line, but now brought to men.
